Xinfeng at Canton Fair 2025: New Products and Expanding Global Partnerships

The China Import and Export Fair — better known as the Canton Fair — remains one of the most important events in the global trade calendar for plastic additives and masterbatch. This spring, the Xinfeng team attended both sessions of the fair, meeting with buyers from more than 20 countries over the course of two weeks.

New Connections Across Key Markets

Interest this year was strongest from buyers in Vietnam, Nigeria, Egypt, and several markets in Central Asia. The conversations at our booth covered a broad range of applications — from PE blown film for supermarket carrier bags to agricultural mulch film and injection-moulded household goods.

A recurring theme among visitors was documentation. Buyers, particularly those supplying into European or US retail chains, came with specific compliance requirements: REACH SVHC declarations, ISO test reports, MSDS sheets, and in several cases requests for information on packaging recyclability. We were able to address all of these directly, which in our experience makes a significant difference in how quickly a trial order can be approved.

Products That Generated the Most Interest

Our T60 and N95 transparent filler masterbatch attracted consistent interest throughout the fair. NANO100 drew more questions from technically-minded visitors curious about the nano-modification process and how the mechanical property improvements compared to standard grades.

On the functional additive side, our desiccant masterbatch attracted attention from converters processing recycled PE, which has become a growing segment as brands commit to recycled content targets.
